Bridging the Gap

Our Services

Risk Assessment

Risk assessment and risk management will be completed on a multi-agency basis and will be recorded with regular monitoring and reviewing, as it is always anticipated that as a new Service User settles into their new lifestyle there will be a need to implement changes to the risk assessment document. This is reviewed on a monthly basis.

Support arrangements will be responsive to the individual client. The basis of all partnerships between worker and the individual is the creation of ‘the relationship'. We believe that the relationship between the Service User and their staff team will be a primary therapeutic tool and its success facilitates a process of change and growth.
