Rialto Care Services is dedicated to the provision of the finest support and care for its service users. This is
achieved through the integration of efficient administrative practices with first class standards of
care in accordance with the essential standards of quality and safety, and adhere with the Health
and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010 and the Care Quality Commission
(Registration) Regulations 2009.
To ensure the best possible service delivery, Rialto Care Services operates a quality
management system which interacts with all organisation activities; starting with identifying
service user requirements and ending with their satisfaction at every transaction interface.
