About Us
Established in 2005, Rialto Care Services is a professional, independent organisation dedicated to providing a wide range of competent and interchangeable services to less-abled adults and young people who experience mental health issues, complex learning and/or physical difficulties, personality disorders and other associated challenging behaviours.Rialto Care Services specialise in the provision of care and support for people who have a history of violence and aggression issues who may have, in the past, demonstrated inappropriate behaviour whilst in community settings.
Over the years, Rialto Care Services has developed strong links with Local Authorities across the country, and operated services which best meet the needs of the service user. We also provide guidance and services to those who access personal budgets and direct payments.
