About Rialto Care Services

Rialto Care Services is a professional independent organisation which is dedicated to providing a wide range of competent and interchangeable services to less-abled adults ranging in age from 18 years to 65 years, who experience mental health issues, complex learning and/or physical difficulties and personality disorders. We also specialize in the provision of care and support for people who have a history of violence and aggression issues who may have, in the past, demonstrated inappropriate behaviour whilst in community settings.

We also offer CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) services from consultant nurse practitioners, offering this service to Service Users and training around CBT to the staff supporting people who may require its input.

All our services are delivered by staff recruited and trained so that they possess a high level of specialist knowledge and skills with the expertise in all relevant areas of the individuals supportive needs.

Rialto care services' Directors have extensive knowledge and experience in providing services to less abled adults with Mental Health problems, Learning Difficulties and  complex needs for a number of years and has a good working relationship with a number of Local Authorities including Liverpool, Sefton, Wigan, Wirral and West Cheshire and Halton Social Services Departments.
